London lately ☀️

I always find it interesting to take stock of all the things that have happened in the past few weeks because somehow London has this way of feeling overwhelming but overwhelmingly sweet. Somehow I feel like I am never doing enough but I know I’m busy every single day with very little time to sit down and actually absorb. Don’t worry, I am still getting my 9+ I was sleep every night. And I’m definitely eating plenty of mangoes. But the last few days despite having done so much meaningful and rewarding work I woken up feeling a little bit confused as to where I’m going what smoke and lime means going forward and what Sohini actually really wants. This postcode get quite long so I’ll stop here and I’ll continue writing on my newsletter along with the recipe of that beautiful ricotta pasta.

The ritual of a slow, intentional morning with chai is what I grew up with. Even on a busy day the morning does not feel complete unless I hear the gentle bubbling away fusing with the smoke of incense in the air.
