Designed by Adam Wollerton, this recent BK11 project brings together warm Mediterranean-inspired tones, elegant brass finishes and clever design solutions to create a space that’s both beautiful and accessible.

Our client’s brief was to make their bathroom more practical and comfortable without compromising on style.

A low-profile, textured shower tray, carefully positioned grab rails, a stone-topped shower seat and comfort-height WC all make everyday use easier. A wall-mounted Dansani bathroom furniture vanity with a higher drawer also keeps essentials within easy reach.

The finishing touches bring everything together. Rich Maroc Caramel and Mediterranean Ivory tiles from Ca’ Pietra, House of Piccadilly brassware, a sleek MERLYN | Luxury Showering enclosure, an illuminated mirror and accessories from Origins Living, and elegant Astro Lighting wall lights.

A perfect example of how thoughtful bathroom design can make a real difference to everyday living.

At BK11, every project begins with understanding our clients and designing around their individual needs.

Challenging spaces call for clever design.

Sloping ceilings, exposed beams and awkward angles might seem like limitations, but with the right approach, they can become some of a bathroom’s most interesting features.

This beautiful BK11 project makes the most of every inch, combining rich forest green tiles, warm timber finishes and striking black accents to create a bathroom full of character.

From the carefully positioned walk-in shower to the freestanding bath tucked beneath the eaves, every element has been thoughtfully planned to work with the architecture rather than against it.

It’s what we do best at Bathroom & Kitchen Eleven. Finding creative, practical solutions that turn challenging spaces into beautifully designed bathrooms.

A bathroom where every detail has its place.

Soft sage herringbone tiles, warm brushed brass and beautifully considered lighting come together to create a space that feels effortlessly elegant.

But it’s the thoughtful design details that really make the difference. Illuminated recessed niches, a generous walk-in shower, a freestanding bath and bespoke-style vanity storage all work together to deliver a bathroom that’s as practical as it is beautiful.

At Bathroom & Kitchen Eleven, we believe great design goes beyond choosing beautiful products. It’s about making every element work together, creating a space that’s designed around you and built to be enjoyed for years to come.

Designed. Supplied. Installed. All by one team.

A fresh perspective on the finer details of bathroom design. 🐾

Behind every BK11 bathroom is a carefully considered design process, bringing together beautiful materials, complementary finishes and practical solutions tailored to each client.

It’s this attention to detail, from the initial concept through to installation, that defines the BK11 approach.

And it seems our latest four-legged visitor is taking a particular interest in the finer details!

Why reserve the spa experience for a hotel when you could enjoy it in your own home?

At Bathroom & Kitchen Eleven, we’re proud to work alongside Italian wellness specialists Effe, bringing together exceptional bathroom design and over 30 years of expertise in luxury wellness.

From beautifully crafted saunas and steam rooms to sensory showers and plunge pools, Effe combines innovative technology, sustainable materials and timeless Italian design.

Together, we create bespoke wellness spaces that go beyond the traditional bathroom, carefully considered around each client’s home, lifestyle and aspirations.

These stunning design visuals offer a glimpse into one of the exciting projects we’re currently working on, where a private sauna becomes an integral part of a luxurious bathroom retreat.

And there’s more to come… We’re looking forward to bringing the Effe experience to our expanding BK11 showroom, with a dedicated wellness area designed to inspire.

Who says a boot room can’t be a statement space?

Rich burgundy cabinetry, warm timber benches and elegant brass detailing give this hardworking room plenty of character.

But it’s the thoughtful design that really makes the difference. From individual storage compartments and concealed cupboards to generous seating and plenty of space for everyday essentials, every detail has a purpose.

At Bathroom & Kitchen Eleven, we believe the most practical spaces in your home deserve just as much design attention as the rest.

Bespoke design, tailored to the way you live.

The future of bathroom design is about more than how a space looks. It’s about how it makes you feel.

At BK11, we’re seeing a growing demand for bathrooms that combine beautiful design with everyday wellbeing. One innovation proving particularly popular with our clients is SunShower.

Discreetly integrated into the shower, SunShower combines infrared technology with low-dose UV light, bringing a new dimension to the daily bathroom routine.

And our clients are embracing it for very different reasons. From those exploring the potential benefits of UV light therapy for skin conditions, to active families incorporating infrared into their post-sport routines, wellness is becoming an increasingly important part of bathroom design.

Here’s a look at one of our latest projects, currently taking shape.

These CAD visuals show how we’ve carefully incorporated a SunShower panel into a beautifully considered bathroom, alongside warm wood finishes, soft neutral tones, elegant brassware and a striking fluted shower screen.

The beauty of the design is just how seamlessly the technology fits into the space. No separate wellness room or sauna required, simply a thoughtfully designed bathroom that works harder for the people using it.

We’re also introducing SunShower into our new BK11 showroom displays, giving clients the opportunity to discover the technology for themselves.

Another example of how we’re combining innovative products with exceptional bathroom design.

We can’t wait to share the finished result.
