A stop at Ta Fish with Eduardo — hands down the best Portuguese food in London 🇵🇹🔥

And the real highlight… time with my girlies 💛 at Santa Maria pizzeria.

And lots of snow ggo walks ( over 20,000 steps a day)
Grateful, full, inspired… and already dreaming of the next one.

Honestly? Probably just thinking about what to cook for dinner 😄
But I get this question a lot.

Maybe my face has been doing a bit too much storytelling lately.
Years of dealing with criticism, complaints, and not always feeling appreciated… it shows sometimes.

But here’s the funny part… I’m done with all that.
No more proving myself.
No more taking things personally.
No more shrinking to make others comfortable.
New face loading… less stress, more peace 😌😊

And it’s officially my time 👍🙏💪✌️

Portugal took a quiet piece of my heart… and I don’t think I want it back 💛
The coastline? Pure magic. Wild, raw, and endlessly calming.
But let’s be honest… Lisbon was nice, just not the electric spark I expected. Maybe I was chasing a different rhythm.
And then… places that felt like something deeper:

📍 Óbidos — my place on Earth. Cobbled streets, whitewashed walls, and those dreamy handmade markets where time slows down and creativity breathes.

🌊 Nazaré — where the ocean roars like a legend. Those waves are not just big… they’re mythical.

🍦 São Martinho do Porto — calm bay, golden sand, and sorbet desserts the size of your dreams (yes, I was not prepared 😄).

🌅 Peniche — cliffs, wind, and views that make you stop mid-thought just to exist for a second.

🌿 Buddha Eden Garden — a place that surprised me the most. Not just beautiful… meaningful. Sustainability done with soul. Seeing art, nature, and even recycled green bottles transformed into something magical… that stayed with me.
Portugal isn’t loud. It whispers.
And somehow… that’s exactly what I needed.

People often see my bottles… but not the steel-toe boots behind it. 🚧 🏗️

Painting on glass isn’t my only full-time world. For the past decade, I’ve been deep in construction life, starting with running site offices and welfare, and for the last 5+ years stepping into the role of CDM Principal Designer or if you prefer Health & Safety consultant.

It’s a different kind of creativity… one that builds structure, keeps people safe, and brings order to chaos.

I meet incredible people, learn something new all the time, and carry both worlds with me every day.

And in between it all… I rescue unwanted glass and bottles, giving them a second life. That’s my balance. That’s my energy. That’s my fuel. ♻️✨

Two worlds. One passion for creating something better.

Almost 5 years ago we brought home a rescue dog who was a bundle of nerves, suspicion, and dramatic side-eye.
Fast forward to today…

Not much has changed 😅

Reggie still believes:
• New people in the house are highly questionable
• Personal space is a sacred concept
• And pigeons… pigeons are clearly part of some large, feathered conspiracy 🫣🐦

But behind all that cautious energy is the sweetest, funniest, most loyal little soul. Rescue dogs don’t just need love… they need patience, understanding, and time to write their own story.

And we wouldn’t change our quirky boy for the world ❤️
