Unleash the Artisan blacksmith! Treat yourself, or your Dad, Mum, sister, cousin, friend, in-law, brother, as a birthday present, anniversary, a thank you, a cheerup present, anything you like, make up a reason (!), to a unique and unforgettable blacksmithing experience with our forge taster days that offer hands-on forging, perfect for a beginner or perhaps someone who did a bit of metal work at school many years ago!
From 10am to 4pm, enjoy a full day of crafting with expert guidance from Lizzie the Smithy. All materials and safety equipment are provided.
Your all-Inclusive Package includes pastries and donuts on arrival as well as lunch, ensuring everyone is fuelled for a day of creativity and skill-building. Endless tea and coffee, as well as all safety kit and materials.
Our sessions mostly run on Saturdays, making it an ideal weekend activity. But if you want to join us for a great day out I can provide different weekday dates to suit you, as long as its a minimum of 2 people attending. Vouchers are also available for a hassle-free gift!
With all materials, safety kit and meals included all you need to bring is enthusiasm! There are no hidden costs.
Guided by an experienced blacksmith, you will create a minimum of two pieces of your own metalwork to take home. You may even be a natural and have time to make more than 2 pieces.
