🌸 Yesterday, the lovely Millie and Jimmy stopped by to finalise their wedding flower arrangements and to collect a gorgeous bouquet. 💐

One of the things I love most about my work is seeing the happiness that flowers bring, and it was such a pleasure to share this special moment with them.

I am incredibly excited and truly honoured to have been chosen to curate the florals for their wedding day. I can't wait to bring their vision to life and create something beautiful for such a wonderful couple. 💕✨

Its the weekend 😀 already it's been another busy end to the week of beautiful bouquets and visitors at the Haybarn, with lots of deliveries and requests for floral arrangements.

🚗 Deliveries are free locally under 5 miles from Longhope and just £4.95 over 5 miles throughout the Forest of dean , Gloucester and Cheltenham.

Budgens Huntley has been restocked for the weekend, with new plants added. Our hanging baskets are selling out fast — there is now just one left at Huntley for £12. We also have a few larger hanging baskets remaining at the Haybarn, displayed in the courtyard and priced at just £20.

At Lavender Stone, our flowers and plants are refreshed regularly throughout the week. Our flower range changes several times to ensure the optimum freshness and quality.

If you would like any specific flowers included in your hand-tied bouquets or DIY flowers , please order with a few days notice. With a little notice, I can source most flower and plant varieties directly from my wholesale supplier at affordable prices.

The Lavender Stone Florist is the proud supplier supporting Martha Wooding with flowers. Martha recently won a First Place at the Farmers' Rally and today is taking her winning design to the Three Counties Show at Malvern today once again featuring beautiful Lavender Stone Flowers.

Martha is just 13 years old and has a wonderful love and passion for floristry and design.
I've had the privilege spending some time with her this week, talking all things flowers.

Please join me with a little message of encouragement in wishing Martha the very best of luck in today's competition. It's so encouraging to see younger generations embracing floristry, creativity, and handmade craftsmanship.

Dear Customers,

Please note that during these essential roadworks to the A40, access to the Forest of Dean and Harts Barn remains open and accessible.

To avoid potential delays, we recommend visiting outside of peak traffic times:

🕗 8:00–9:00 AM
🕓 4:00–6:00 PM.

Harts barn opening times are 10am to 4pm Tuesday to Sunday and are outside of these busy periods, the roads are generally clear and provide easy access to both Gloucester and Forest of Dean and Ross on Wye businesses.

If your around the FOD and would like avoid Gloucester we are open with a number of useful businesses providing , Cafe , Gifts, Flowers and Plants also beauty services and Hairdressing, Massage and lots more.

🌿 One Month Open! 🌿

We have now been open for a full month, and what an amazing first month it has been!

Yesterday, our lovely Ken and Ann from unit 4 drew the winning raffle ticket from our Free Bouquet Giveaway, which we ran during our opening week.

Thoughly recommend Caption Catering for these beautiful floral cupcakes. 😍🥳😋

🌸 Flowers that can be eaten are always a good idea… 🌸

This beautiful 30 cupcake bouquet left the kitchen today, made up of hand-piped buttercream roses, David Austin Roses, stocks and blossom flowers, all carefully arranged to create a stunning edible centrepiece.

I love creating these bouquets. Every flower starts as a simple cupcake before being transformed, petal by petal, into something that looks almost too pretty to eat.

Whether it’s for a birthday, anniversary, retirement, thank you gift or simply to make someone smile, a cupcake bouquet creates that special moment when the lid is lifted and the recipient realises it’s not flowers at all… it’s cake!
