Sometimes, the most beautiful things in life arrive when we stop trying so hard to make them happen. 🤍

I believe there’s a certain peace that comes from learning to trust the timing of our lives. To stop forcing what doesn’t feel right, chasing what feels out of reach, or questioning the things that leave us feeling uncertain.

Not everything is meant to stay. Not every door is meant to open. And sometimes, what we think we’re losing is simply making space for something better.

Because what is truly meant for us shouldn’t cost us our peace.

A little reminder to trust your intuition, embrace the quieter moments, and remember that clarity often comes when we give ourselves permission to simply let things be.

Life doesn’t always go to plan. Some days feel heavier than others, and sometimes the best thing we can do is stop trying to control everything, let go of what we can’t change, and trust that things will work themselves out.

And when it all feels a little overwhelming, there’s nothing quite like stepping outside, breathing in the fresh Cornish air, and heading off for a walk with my four-legged best friend.

No expectations, no judgements, no complicated conversations. Just muddy paws, wagging tails, a little fresh perspective, and the kind of unconditional love that makes everything feel a little lighter.

Because sometimes the simplest things in life really are the most precious. 🐾

Accept what is. Let go of what was. Have faith in what will be. 🤍

There’s something powerful about the moment you realise that wanting a different life also means being willing to choose differently.

We can ask for change, for peace, for freedom, for something more… but if we keep returning to the same habits, the same fears, the same places that no longer fit us, the ending rarely changes.

Sometimes the shift is quiet.

A boundary.
A brave decision.
Walking away.
Starting again.
Choosing yourself when the easier option is to stay where you are.

The sea reminds me of this constantly — nothing stays still. It moves, reshapes, retreats and returns. And somehow, through all that movement, it becomes something new.

Maybe we’re allowed to do the same.

You don’t have to know exactly where the next chapter is taking you.

You just have to be brave enough to stop rereading the old one. 🌊✨

Beautiful interiors deserve beautiful art. ✨

A beautifully designed home is about so much more than the furniture we choose or the colours on our walls. It’s about creating spaces that make us feel something.

Art has the power to transform a room. To bring together colours, introduce movement and texture, create a focal point and, perhaps most importantly, give a space its own personality.

I love the contrast of soft, luminous coastal blues against the richness of these deep navy walls. The warmth of the natural oak frame brings everything together, allowing the artwork to become a beautiful statement without overwhelming the room.

For me, luxury isn’t about extravagance. It’s about thoughtful details, beautiful materials and surrounding ourselves with pieces that bring us joy every day.

Because the most beautiful interiors don’t just look good. They make us feel good, too.

The sea has a way of reaching the parts of us that words can’t always touch.

It quietens the noise. Softens the edges. Reminds us that we are part of something bigger, wilder, and more beautiful than our everyday worries.

I think that’s why so many of us feel drawn back to it, again and again. Not just for the view, but for the feeling.

That sense of coming home to yourself.

The sea leaves something with us — a little more space, a little more freedom, a little more wonder.

And perhaps that’s the spell Cousteau was talking about.

Some colours do more than simply catch your eye.

They change the way you feel.

The softest blues can quieten something inside you.
A wash of turquoise can make you feel freer, lighter, almost as though you’ve stepped into open water.
Warm golds can bring comfort.
Deep greens can ground you.
And then there are those unexpected flashes of colour that make you feel completely alive.

I think that’s why I’m so drawn to colour in my work.

I’m not simply choosing shades that look beautiful together. I’m chasing a feeling — freedom, calm, movement, light, energy.

That moment when a colour makes you breathe a little deeper, lifts your mood without you quite knowing why, or transports you somewhere you’d rather be.

Because sometimes we don’t need to understand why a colour speaks to us.

We just need to notice how it makes us feel. 🤍
