This floor was created with Elegance Royale LVT, and the result is just what the customer wanted. They were thrilled not only with the finished look, but the price too. I've said it before and I'll say it again - Elegance Royale is probably the best LVT you've never heard of. It has a 0.55mm wear layer, which is usually only found in the top brand names you're familiar with.

Busy day today - got the ply fitted and some of the LVT down. It'll be finished by Saturday and will look amazing.

The house belongs to one of my best friends daughters, and she can count on me to get it looking tip top. I'll post follow on pictures when it's completed 👌

Today's fitting was a sub-contracting job in a rental house. Always a good thing when the landlord cares about quality as well as affordability 👌

Karndean LVT to the downstairs area, a good quality vinyl to the bathrooms, finished with Berber carpet to all other areas.

What a transformation! I'm not a huge fan of LVT Click, but that's what the customer wanted.

First, we uplifted the old Marley tiles, then laid a screed to make the subfloor smooth and level ready for the planks.
