The printers are finally doing something where they’re actually appreciated. 🦽 💛
I’ve started volunteering with MakeGood to help build 3D-printed mobility trainers for children.
I’m using my own printers, equipment and time to make the parts, and I’ve set up a GoFundMe to help cover the materials and hardware that go into each build.
The first target is 5 mobility trainers, with each one costing around £175 to make.
I’m mainly sharing this because I’m genuinely excited to see the first one come together, and hopefully this is just the start.
