Full redec to this kitchen in Gorleston.

This kitchen was previously wallpapered as the walls were fairly poor.

All wallpaper was removed and replaced with wallrock fibreliner for a smooth finish without the need for the walls to be skimmed.

•Lime-wash effect feature & partial colour drench to this beautiful kitchen/diner•

A couple of months ago I completed this kitchen and when the customer mentioned a partial colour drench (ceiling and walls) and lime wash effect feature I knew it was going to look amazing.

Even though I’ve been in the trade for 16 years and on my own for 13, I’d never done a lime wash feature.

This was explained to the customer and I’m glad they trusted me with it.

Ceiling in white vinyl matt, walls in durable magnolia, skirting finished in Johnstones Aqua satin and a feature wall added using Dulux Heritage velvet matt in sage green.

Full interior completed last month for returning customers in Hopton.

It can be difficult when doing a full house redec when the home is being lived in but this couple couldn’t have made it easier for me! All flooring removed before I started, all unwanted fixtures and fittings removed and they insisted that they would move the furniture.

•White matt ceilings throughout
•Dulux durable matt “Egyptian Cotton” to all walls with a feature wall in Dulux durable matt “Village Maze” to master bedroom
•Dulux durable matt “Soft Truffle” bottom half of lounge
•Woodwork finished in Johnstones Aqua Satin
•All rads refreshed in white satin

Before & after - Hall, stairs & landing

This was part of a full house interior I completed last month for returning customers in Hopton.

•Wallpaper removed & sealed
•All walls and woodwork sanded using dustless sanding setup
•White vinyl matt to ceilings
•Dulux durable matt emulsion to walls - Egyptian cotton
•Woodwork primed, and finished in Johnstones Aqua Satin
•Banister primed with a tinted shellac and finished in Bedec MSP

A brand new look for Gunton Community Hall.

This was hard work as the standard of the previous decorating wasn’t the best and with it being a community hall there’s a lot of footfall so it needs to last.

After roughly 40 hours of prep it was ready for painting!

All in durable matt, Dulux Timeless above and Dulux Village maze below rail. Woodwork primed and finished in Johnstones Aqua Satin, rail primed with a tinted shellac primer and finished in Black MSP.

Hard work but great to stand back upon completion and see the difference.

A freshen up with the same colour in a different base, taking it from a silk finish to a durable matt. Ceiling in vinyl matt and woodwork finished in Johnstones Aqua satin.

Always nice to do a few little exterior jobs over the summer since I stopped full exterior works a few years ago due to sub-contracting issues.

Rotten wood removed, treated, primed and filled for a solid base prior to painting.
Full prep, anthracite undercoat and 2x black Dulux weather shield satin.

all walls and woodwork sanded using dustless sanding setup and then full prep. Silk finish to ceiling/coving and vinyl Matt wall in two colours to brighten up the room. Water based gloss to woodwork.
