Wow what a Christmas!
Some of you may know that unfortunately just as the Christmas rush was hitting, I had to go into hospital for emergency surgery (spoiler! It all went fine and I am on the mend 🥰) but this meant we had orders coming out of our ears which needed to be completed in time for Christmas delivery.
So it was my wonderful husband to the rescue! After teaching him over the phone how to make them, pack them and get the labels printed he managed to get over 40 orders packed and out the door. So a massive thank you goes out to my amazing husband for getting these done for me and looking after me whilst I recover. Another thank you must go out to all our customers who have been patient whilst we worked through them and handled the inevitable lost parcels by Royal Mail (thanks RM 😒)
So what have we learned? F***y Melts are super popular, tracked 48hr tracking is worth every penny and you can teach complex maths over the phone!

A huge thank you has to go out this week to my husband, Ben, for taking over the shop whilst I’ve been in hospital for emergency surgery. He has not only been top notch husband material but has successfully learned the art of wax melt making, taken a packing master class and shipped out over 30+ orders for our Etsy shop. So thank you to the wonderful Ben for all your hard work in fulfilling our orders!

Whilst I recover the shop will be closed so we would like to wish all our customers and followers a very happy Christmas!

Okay so we’re finally getting back to making more stock! 😂😍🤭🍑🕯️

Unfortunately we’re taking a break from the usual upcycled gin candles, but we are coming up with so many fun alternatives!

All our jars are still ethically sourced from UK wholesalers and we still have our iconic wax and scents - all parts are vegan friendly and never tested on animals.

Hi everyone! With the storm affecting most of the UK at the moment, it would seem we were not left out! Due to a power outage at Red Phoenix HQ, any orders of wax melts or candles will be delayed a little until the power comes back on.
