This weekend, I had the pleasure of teaching two lovely people that I know, how to prepare authentic Pakistani dishes in my kitchen.

Mike and I have been discussing this for ages, and we finally made it happen on Friday, with Lauren joining us as well. 😊 We shared lots of conversation and truly savored the delicious food we created together by the end of our session. Thank you both for such a delightful afternoon. I can’t wait to see you again. ✨

Meet Phil, who came over all the way from Buckinghamshire just to whip up some culinary magic with me. We had a blast cooking up a storm with his favorite Pakistani dishes, Bhuna Keema and Achar Gosht, all paired with garlic and coriander naan, mint raita and traditional salad. Yum!

To every single one of you who came along to try my Winter Special Pakistani pop-up — thank you for your time, your smiles, your conversations, and for trusting me with your taste buds. I must say, amidst the chaos in the kitchen, we worked diligently to fulfill food orders as swiftly as possible, despite some last-minute induction challenges.

Last night, we pulled off a culinary feast, getting meals to 32 people! A massive shoutout to my rockstar kitchen crew. My dear husband and my fabulous friend, Victoria , who jumped in to lend a hand. You guys are the dream team, and I couldn’t have done it without you! Thank you so much ☺️

Sharing the flavours, and warmth of Pakistani cuisine with such lovely people made this experience truly special. Your support, kind words, and enthusiasm mean more to me than I can express. This is only the beginning and I can’t wait to cook for you again soon ✨🇵🇰
