Did you know that mindfulness is proven to alter the brain to take more thought before decision making, and those who practice it regularly might even perceive pain in a different way? 😱

Our brains are absolutely incredible, and meditation is a great way of better connecting us to what's going on up there. Traditional meditation and mindfulness isn't for everyone though, and that's why we've developed Chromotherapy for busy brains that struggle to switch off.

Chromotherapy is combined guided mindfulness and colour visualisation: provided one-to-one and every session is bespoke. At no point will you be asked to clear your mind; we know how tough that can be! 😉

Arin Breagh is a qualified chromotherapist and meditation facilitator, and as she's developed this unique guided meditation you won't find it anywhere else.

Chromotherapy is available either virtually or in person at The Coven Curiosities in Lytham St. Anne's. A session lasts 45 minutes and is just £20. If you'd like to chat about it before booking, our inbox is always open!

Want all the benefits of meditation but find it completely impossible to "clear your mind" or "not interact with your thoughts"? 🤔

Traditional meditation is a powerful thing, but a lot of us struggle to get in the right headspace to make it work for us. If this sounds like you, our Chromotherapy sessions were designed for you!

We've added delivery options to make festive shopping easier!

We're still waiting on ingredients ordered a while ago to be delivered by Royal Mail, so although they're our go-to service, we can't guarantee any parcels delivered by Royal Mail to arrive before Christmas.

But... fear not!

We've added Evri as a delivery option (despite not having much faith in them - but needs must!), and you can choose this upgrade until Dec 20th for Christmas delivery.

If you're on the Fylde Coast or in Lancaster, we can deliver your parcel instead! This guarantees delivery by Christmas.
If you're a little outside our delivery zones, we might still be able to help - get in touch!

Collection is also available from Blackpool, Lancaster and St Anne's locations.
