Operations & Administrative assistant

We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to support the day to day operations of our business. This is a varied role ideal for someone who is organised, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

Managing and supporting social media marketing activities
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Preparing sales quotations and assisting with client communications
Handling general administrative tasks and office support
Assisting with operational tasks as required

Skills and experience:

Strong organisational and time management skills
Good written and verbal communication abilities
Experience with social media platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
Ability to work independently and take initiative
