A special custom order for
Thank you, dear Mika, for trusting me with your beautiful brand. 🩷

These trays and cake stands were all created by hand. The hardest part? Definitely mixing the colours. The goal was to match the brand colours perfectly, but with every Jesmonite component added, the shade would change slightly... so there was a lot of testing, adjusting and trusting the process.

The second hardest part? Sanding, days and days of sanding, refining and perfecting every piece until it felt just right.

And somehow, I managed to finish and deliver everything exactly two weeks before the birth of my third baby. 🤍

Looking back, I'm so proud of what these hands created during that season of life.

I truly love working on custom orders like these and bringing someone's vision to life.

Currently working on...

Entering the last month of pregnancy, things are moving a little slower here...

My current focus is on two projects, despite all the other daily activities. One I make lying down, macrame Easter and spring bunny door wreath.
The other is a custom jessmonite order, which I work on during the moments when I can comfortably stand. 😁

Slowly but surely, both projects are coming to life. The rhythm of creating is different, but still filled with intention. ❤️

Behind the scenes for me often looks something like this...
After maybe ten minutes of working, the children are already on me, and we end up cuddling. Even though they are now a year or two older than in some of these photos — we are soon welcoming baby number three. ❤️

Many of my macrame pieces were created while I was carrying one of them in my arms or in a sling.🥰 For me, creating and motherhood are deeply intertwined in everyday moments.

And sometimes it all looks a little messy…like in this photo where I spilt Jesmonite pigment.
But that’s also part of the process.

Part of the real life behind every handmade piece. ✨

Once again, your warmth and support truly touched me. I hope that all the decorations you chose yesterday whether for yourselves or for your loved ones will bring as much love, calmness, and presence into your homes as they brought me while I was creating them. 🥰✨️

Honestly, I thought I was finished making SMN handmade decorations for this year…But you quite literally emptied my stall yesterday! I'm going back to the creative flow and creating new pieces for the two remaining markets before the year is over.
