We recently staged two apartments in Derbyshire for our client.

When designing a scheme like this, we always have the buyer demographic in mind. In this case, it was semi-retired downsizers. So our approach had to be classic, neutral, understated and of course, high quality.

That’s why you’ll never see two identical properties that we stage. We don’t have a “style”, as that’s not what good, strategic home staging looks like. It’s not about what’s in fashion, what we like or even what the client likes. It’s what will appeal to the broadest range of target buyers possible.

A huge thank you to for hosting an incredible event at Lost and Found in Birmingham yesterday.

Collaboration over competition is a term that gets banded about quite a lot, but that’s genuinely what this room was. We shared success stories and our pain points, and the conversations were honest.
