Oh noooooo! We have had an absolutely unhinged 1 star bad review left for us ,tarnishing our perfect 5star status all because we were closed after closing hours 🤔 and didn't open the door immediately when they didn't even approach it 😵.
People really do confuse me sometimes 🥴
But we don't let it get us down and to cheer us up would love to hear your stories of crazy , unrealistic complaints and bad reviews you've had to deal with at your work?
I bet there are some doozies out there i would love to hear 👂

We recently did an interview with the lovely Brian Anderson who visited us here at The Raven, The Cat and The Witches Hat and he has sent us an amazing video he made all about the shop to share 🙂

You take yourself and daughter to your very first fantasy ball and it was EPIC!
We literally put blood,sweat and tears into our outfits and it was so worth it.
Some photos added and more to come as we got upto sooo much and met so many amazing people ❤️

The Raven and Cat crew are away for a long weekend to a fantasy ball in Edinburgh that we have been looking forward to for over a year yey!
We have arrived at our lovely hotel and are having an amazing meal before we sort out our gowns for tomorrow.
We have spent months sewing ball gowns,overskirts,corsets,making jewellery and even wings for this event and we are so glad the weather is just gorgeous atm while we are here 🌞

The sun is out and there are happy faces all around.
This week has seen some wonderful visitors including the happiest collie I have ever met called Frankie 🙂
Today has been another beautiful day and a lovely customer even brought me an ice cream as a wee treat 😋
Greatly appreciated too as I have been on my feet all day today putting out loads of new stock and working on so many new makes (that I still have nooooo idea where im putting them all lol )
Love sunny days 🌞 maybe ill go for a cold dip on the way home 🏊‍♀️ 👙 🥶
