Free Planner Page

I’m slightly obsessed with how cute this turned out - it’s got that hand-drawn feel but it’s actually really practical — space for your priorities, to-do list, meals (because we always have to think about food ), a brain dump, and a little self-care check-in.

A4, A5, US Letter and Happy Classic sizes included!

Basically somewhere to get everything out of your head without it turning into a whole system.

You don’t need another planner. You don’t need a new system. You don’t need to “get it together.”

Most of the time you’re not unorganised, you’re overloaded. Too many tabs open in your head. Too many decisions stacking up. Too many things living in the “I’ll deal with that later” category.

That’s why I’m big on simple pages. One place to clear it out. One place to choose what actually matters today. Small reset, then move.

If your brain’s felt noisy lately, comment RESET and I’ll send you the free page.

It’s not a “proper” call. It’s a voice note recorded from the school pick-up line while someone narrates a leaf and someone else kicks the back of my seat. I restart it three times, forget what I was going to say, and pretend this is completely normal. Running a business from home sounds flexible until your office is a car park and your co-workers are under four foot tall.

If you’ve ever tried to finish one coherent thought during the school run, you get it.

You’re on a call, trying to sound like you’ve got your life together. Throwing in things like “yep, makes sense” and “I’ll take a look.” Meanwhile, someone’s crying because they can’t find the right socks, someone else just spilled yoghurt everywhere, and you’re pretty sure something’s on fire. You hit mute and keep going.

👇 What’s your survival move when life implodes mid-call?

One wanted a baby cucumber. We had baby cucumbers — they exploded in the pack before I even got home from the shop. The other will only eat raspberries. We’re out of raspberries. Obviously.

So I made three lunchboxes. Two went in school bags. One was mine. Not planned — just easier than thinking of something else.

What’s the weirdest lunchbox request you’ve ever had?

Trying to remember school events, client calls, library day, and whether it’s your turn to bring fruit = full brain meltdown.

I don’t always write it down.
Sometimes I just… hope for the best and wing it.
(And then panic-Google “is it costume day??” at 7:43am.)

👇 What’s the thing you always forget — even with the best intentions?

Some days I do one thing
and then my brain clocks out.

Not because I’m lazy.
Not because I lack discipline.
Because my head is full and nothing else is getting in.

This isn’t a productivity tip.
It’s what I do when my thoughts won’t shut up and pushing harder only makes it worse.

One thing.
Then stop.
That’s the plan.

If this feels familiar, save it for your next loud-brain day.

Meal planning didn’t fail. Kids just… had notes.

You made the plan.
You bought the food.
That still counts.

If today’s dinner was toast or vibes — it’s not a fail.
Plans are allowed to bend.

💬 What’s the weirdest meal your kid declared a hard no to lately?

You don’t need a better planner.

You need a day where no one asks you a question while you’re already answering another one.

Most days don’t fall apart because of poor planning. They fall apart because everything needs you at once.

So here’s what actually helps on those days:

Write everything down. All of it.
Circle the one thing that would make today feel less chaotic.
Do only that.
Ignore the rest until tomorrow.

That’s not lowering your standards.
That’s choosing sanity.

Save this for the days your brain is stretched too thin.

It’s not one big mess.
It’s a hundred little decisions left behind for you to make.

The mental load isn’t always loud — sometimes it’s just quietly waiting on every surface in your house.

If this feels familiar, I made a super simple Declutter Planner to help you take one small step (without needing a new personality or a weekend free).
It’s linked in my shop — and it’s well loved.

What’s the one thing that’s always left out in your house?
