For me, my living space influences my mental wellbeing...

I find it so important to start the week feeling refreshed and organised, and my living space plays a huge role in that. I know if I haven't had time to reset my space over the weekend, then my motivation, mood, and stress levels are all affected.

Especially at this time of year, I love to use essential oils that make my space feel fresh, clean, and ready for the week ahead. Right now, Sunday Reset is a firm favourite in my kitchen and bathroom for its cleansing and reviving qualities.

A blend of sweet liquorice-like notes, with cool peppermint, help to cleanse the air and rejuvenate the mind. Add the calming, green, woody aroma of juniper berry and pine, and a tangy hint of fresh Italian lime, and you've got spring reset perfection 👌🏼

This one never fails to get my week off to a good start!
