Homemade tomato sauce just hit another level 🍅🔥

Using the Thermomix TM7, I made this incredible tomato sauce with a simple tweak:
⬇️ Lower temperature + longer cooking time (almost 60 minutes)

The result?
A deeper flavour, naturally sweeter tomatoes, and that slow-cooked taste… without you standing at the stove.

This is what the Thermomix does best, turning simple ingredients into something exceptional, effortlessly.

🔥 If you’ve been thinking about upgrading your kitchen game, this is it.

Manual Tomato Sauce (Inspired Version):
• 1 onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 30g olive oil
• 800g tomatoes (fresh or canned)
• Salt & pepper
• Fresh basil (optional)

Method:
1. Heat olive oil and sauté onion + garlic until soft.
2. Add tomatoes and mix well.
3. Cook on LOW heat for 45–60 minutes (this is the secret 👀).
4. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking.
5. Season and blend if desired.
6. Finish with fresh basil.

We also had the amazing with us, who filled the room with motivation through her inspiring talk, the kind that leaves you energised and ready to achieve more! 💫

Being surrounded by inspiring people, strong leaders and real success stories reminded me how rewarding it is to be part of this journey. It’s not just about work… it’s about growth, recognition and life changing opportunities. 🚀

And the best part? I want to see more people there with me next time!
