💐 A HEARTFELT THANK YOU 💜🐾

We were truly touched to receive these beautiful 3D flowers and thoughtful gifts from a lovely family who recently entrusted A. Wass Funeral Directors with the care of their loved one.

It’s always incredibly humbling to receive such kindness and appreciation, especially at what we know is such a difficult time for families.

What made this gesture even more special was that they also remembered our very own Benji! 🐶💙

Benji has been a little source of comfort during the family’s visits, offering his gentle presence, companionship and a little extra love when it was needed most. He was even treated to his very own thank you gift! 🐾❤️

It’s the little things that can make such a difference, and we’re so pleased Benji could play his part in supporting this family.

With more television adverts and online companies offering low-cost direct cremations, we feel there is an important question that every family should consider…

Direct cremation can be a perfectly appropriate and personal choice for many families. However, choosing a simpler funeral should never mean compromising on the care, dignity or respect your loved one receives.

Before making a decision based purely on an advertised price, we encourage families to ask a few important questions:

💙 A HEARTFELT THANK YOU 💙

At A.Wass Funeral Directors, it is always an honour and a privilege to be entrusted with caring for families during some of the most difficult times in their lives.

Last year, we had the privilege of arranging the funeral of the Bowler family’s beloved father, and sadly, this year, we were entrusted once again to care for their much-loved mother and give her the beautiful farewell she deserved. ❤️

Today, we received this lovely thank you card and thoughtful hamper from the family, which truly touched us all.

To be asked to care for the same family again is something we never take for granted. It means so much to know that the trust, compassion and care we provided the first time gave them the reassurance to turn to us again.

It’s never just about arranging a funeral. It’s about building relationships, offering support and being there for families when they need us most.

To the Bowler family, thank you so much for your kindness, generosity and heartfelt words. It has been a privilege to support you through both of your heartbreaking losses.
