We currently have an opportunity for a multi skilled tradesman and a labourer on a self employed basis. Can be full or part time depending on your skill set and circumstances.

We are based in Thanet in Kent and work all over the South east but mainly focusing on the Kent area..

Multi skilled tradesman requirements:

Their own tools.
Preferably their own van (but one can be supplied to the right applicant).
Be able to work to a specification without supervision.
Work in a group, with or with out labourer.

Clean, presentable, reliable and trustworthy.

The roof on this property in Deal needed some attention, the roof trusses had shrunk over time and caused the tiles to lift at the verge and at the party wall allowing water ingress. Although the old felt held firm for quite a while the battens had started to rot.
So we stripped the roof back and got the roof trusses much more level by packing them out individually with timber cut to the right thickness.
We then laid new felt and batten, retiled the roof with new tiles and bedded the ridge and verges back on. We also fitted some new flashing to some of the gas flues and soil pipes.
Job well done by the team.💪

The door to this balcony had been installed poorly and caused water ingress so the balcony was unusable for quite some time and they had a constant leak.

So we set up a scaffhold, took out the door and windows, removed the old original balcony flooring, repaired any damage, treated the timbers to stop any further damage.
We the corrected the fall with furring pieces, fitted 25mm tongue and groove wbp ply, created a lip for the door threshold and applied a double coat of fibreglass matting with the resin then added an anti slip grit into the grey top coat.

New doors and windows were fitted. Plus we changed the gutter to a deep flow gutter to move the water away quicker.

A nice neat little job done the right way.💪

Here's some before and after pictures of a rear extension and loft conversion for some fantastic clients of ours. We made sure to follow on with the pebble dashing to match in with the original building which in turn is in-keeping with the area.

We utilised the Kent peg tiles from the original roof to clad the sides of the L shaped dorma which comprises of a spacious master bedroom, large landing and good sized en suite bathroom.

Thanks to the team for the huge effort and thanks to the clients for making us welcome while building there home.

The balcony on this house was a poorly designed after thought. The bricks had collapsed due to movement, the door and window were shifting.

So we took the balcony out, set up a brick brace and ackros to support the brick courses, installed a steel beam( the bricks were supported by the old window😬). We fitted a soldier course of bricks into the steel.
We then carefully supported the falling brick work in strategic places and start to brick it back up utilising heli bar for added strength in the adjoining brick courses.

Once all off this had some time to settle in, the new windows were fitted. Great effort from the team for a very smooth job.💪

This is the shed project at the jubille centre in sandwich kent. We formed some bases for the containers, then laid some paving down land tidied the edges back in. We will update the photos now that the grass has taken ahold and the shed project is under way. Thanks to all those that were involved in this great project for the local community
