I am having a bad physical health AND a bad mental health day.
I mentally crashed for a while. I'm grateful to those who helped me stop falling further.
Now I'm binging Star Trek & hand stitching - for once I remembered to take my own god dammed advice. My tattoo is literally my post it note to remind me 'if in doubt sew.'
So maybe I should get a sci-fi or epic tunes tattoo too?

We found some crystals on a walk last week, and tonight I fiddled with a piece of aluminium wire and a set of pliars, and made a pendant.

If anyone gets chilled meal/kit deliveries, would you please consider saving your insulating packaging for me?

Some is made from recycled plastic bottles, some from spun corn-starch, and some is sheeps wool.

Due to logistics, only a few companies take returns.

I can make very good use of the wool and recycled plastic liners - helping people stay warm.

I can collect if local, and travel regularly for work. I’m sure we can figure something out 🐑♻️🧡

Excuse me, where did the last 3 weeks go?!
We’ve been to Wales visiting family, swum in the sea, sewn by the fire, explored castles & museums, celebrated 2 birthdays, had lake trips, park play dates, picnics and ... ah, that’s where.
So quickly before the next , here’s my highlight of the last. Teaching someone whip stitch so they can help fix their holey pocket, and catch the next one before it gets too bad.
