🪡Join our next Embroidery Half Day Retreat for just £25!

A relaxing and mindful afternoon class for hand stitchers of all types.

Whether you are a complete beginner, or a seasoned embroiderer do come and join us for an afternoon of relaxing stitching.

Katharine will have a project available (pictured) for anyone who would like to have a go, or you are welcome to bring your own stitching project to work on and get help with.

☕🍪There’ll be plenty of tea and coffee and friendly chit-chat.

🦆Willow Weaving is back!!!

🤓This often sells out so we've got it up on the website nice and early!

This is a fantastic day course where you will make your own willow sculpture. No experience is necessary.

If you are new to the craft, you will be given the choice of making a duck, runner duck, heron or chicken. Then you will be guided through the processes and techniques of sculpting from willow to complete your sculpture in the day. If you are more experienced, you can discuss with the tutor what would be suitable to make during the time.

Your willow sculpture can live outdoors in your garden for several years and you will be given information on how to increase its longevity.

🌄Join us to make a Felted Landscape with Embroidery (last spots available!)

This is a 2 week course where you will use various techniques to create a landscape picture. This can be something personal to you if you wish.

✨Week 1: Wet Felting – you will build up your picture with wool tops and learn how to wet felt it together. If you wish to bring a picture for reference please do so.

✨Week 2: Embellishment – you will be shown how to add detail and texture with needle felting and embroidery stitches.
