The brief was to create two spaces with two very different purposes. The first, a pickling room, niche but necessary for the client, features plenty of shelving for jars alongside a sink and prep space. Following the room through, a door at the back leads to another room for long-term storage, but this time for w**e. The w**e cellar, with plenty of racking, houses a large capacity of bottles for long-term purposes.

A custom built w**e cellar featuring plenty of space for w**e by the case, angled racking for display and scallops for further label facing storage. The newly created cellar utilises an unused corner of the room, seperated with a purpose built set of doors. The outcome - a space designed for long term storage. A Friax temperature control unit with bespoke front keeps the atmosphere the stable requirements for storing fine w**e.
