Design Museum visit last week and taking in the Ai Weiwei exhibition which is the first venue to present Ali's work as a commentary on design and what it reveals about our changing values. His use of Lego bricks to recreate by Claude Monet is just beautiful

Tyntesfield House A Victorian gothic revival house, a masterpiece family home of the very wealthy Gibbs family. .. not my most favorite architectural style beyond the main entrance but the gardens are stunning with over 2,000 tulips opening up to the days sunshine. The understated wooden 'shed' however, was just perfect

We are very fortunate in this designing life of ours to go to some beautiful parts of Europe and this was no exception 🇫🇷 very quick two day stay in beautiful Val d'Isere ❄️ not to ski or snow play but measure all rooms for our proposed chalet refurbishment

The Study - now coming together as fitting nearly finished. From a room that was just wall to wall birch billy bookcases and random cables everywhere, to a warm and calm space for all the family to use.
Waiting for the finishing touches of course .. thank you and especially Tom 👏 quality! hope you are on the mend
