If you want 3 easy tips to keep you cool during a heatwave, you are in the right place.
1. Use a fan. It can move air around your home, especially when it oscillator.
2. Put a dish of cold water, ice or ice blocks in front of the fan and also on the sills of open windows. The water evaporation will slightly cool the indoor temperature.
3. Use a teatime of clean cloth and soak it in cold water, squeeze it out and wipe yourself with it. Instant relief, especially on the back of your neck or on your forehead.
If all else fails here is a Brucie Bonus tip, treat yourself to an ice lolly, ice cream, cool drink or go for a swim.
