Nicola of Nic’s Nibs and I are bringing together two things we love: beautiful wreaths and gorgeous food, for a proper festive treat at Maxton Village Hall.

I’ll help you create a wreath that you can be proud of while Nicola brings out delicious treats to eat throughout the afternoon, with a glass of fizz and hot drinks to enjoy as you go.

Come with friends or come on your own, put the Christmas to-do list aside for a couple of hours and enjoy making something you’ll be proud to hang on your door.

£65 per person, including all equipment, materials, food and drinks.

This week’s £15 Wednesday Flowers

I couldn’t not have a hydrangea week for my £15 bunches.

They’re absolutely stunning just now, so this week I’ve paired them with gorgeous pink snowberries and eucalyptus.

And you’re getting a bit more than a bunch of fresh flowers for your £15 — hydrangeas are ridiculously easy to dry just now. Enjoy them now, then pretty much leave them to it and they’ll dry beautifully and last for months.

£15 a bunch, available from today and for the rest of the week while they last.

A small flaw in my Wednesday bunch plan yesterday… I’d run out of flowers 😂

But here it is, a day late, with wax flower, scabious, eryngium (thistles to you and me), clematis and pink snowberries.

It’s not just a Thursday thing either — these bunches are available for the rest of the rest of the week.

Let me know if you’d like one kept aside for you.

It’s all true!!

All that was going through my head was - what have I done to offend the universe so much!!!

However, everything was dealt with and delivered as arranged. I didn’t flap or panic, I just kept going in the knowledge that I could pull it all together.

And I kept it all secret until after the happy couple’s honeymoon when we had a good giggle.

The photos are a mix of my weddings from this year, rather than photos of this particular day. I was a little too busy sorting things out to take pictures of the smashed vases!!
