This time next week we will be getting ready to welcome you to our fair “At The Woodyard” we hope you can join us.

Join our gathering held within the woodyard on the Stopham Estate, enjoy shopping and delicious food & drinks with Juniper

We open on Saturday 5th September at 10am for Early Birds and 11am for standard entry, the fair closes at 3pm.
Please note Early Birds tickets are now limited, we do recommend pre-booking to avoid disappointment.

Please bite that we’re hosting in a working woodyard and farm, so the ground can be uneven in places. We recommend sensible footwear. If you have limited mobility or may find walking on rough or uneven ground difficult, please take extra care.

Dogs are very welcome but must be kept on leads at all times.

Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

Introducing Juniper at The Woodyard 🌱

We’re so excited to introduce our new café partners at The Woodyard Juniper

A small, dedicated team with one simple interest: taking quality ingredients and making really good food, to be enjoyed by everyone.

Their changing menu focuses on seasonal offerings for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with monthly set-menu evenings bringing something a little special to the table.

Alongside the café, you’ll find shelves filled with freshly baked goods, a few day-to-day essentials and provisions for every kitchen table.

For our opening at The Woodyard on 5 September, Juniper will be bringing a delicious selection of their baked goods, focaccia sandwiches, deli items and, of course, the most delicious barista coffee.

We’re absolutely delighted to have them joining us.

We’re delighted to welcome you to our new location at The Woodyard, a beautiful rustic venue nestled within the picturesque Stopham Estate, West Sussex.

Join us on the first Saturday of every month for our carefully curated Gathering Fair, where you’ll discover an inspiring collection of interiors & artisans.

Find decorative antiques, country house furniture, textiles and beautiful pieces for the garden. Alongside the fair, shop carefully selected homeware in the cartshed, curated by Lucy Haywood founder of The Country Brocante.

Take time to enjoy delicious coffee and light lunches in this beautiful countryside setting, making your visit a day to savour.

✨ An Important Update from The Woodyard ✨

We’ve made the decision to move the launch of our new monthly fair to Saturday 5th September.

While we’re disappointed to delay our opening, we’re incredibly excited to welcome you in September and are looking forward to making our very first event one to remember.

If you’ve already booked tickets for the August event, these will be automatically refunded. Tickets for our new launch date on Saturday 5th September will be available to book from today.

As this is a smaller, carefully curated fair, pre-booking is essential and we recommend securing your tickets as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

At The Woodyard by The Country Brocante

We are delighted to introduce our new monthly gathering launching on Saturday 1st August.

Set within a charming old woodyard on the beautiful Stopham Estate in the heart of West Sussex. A rural location perfect for our slower more intimate Brocante experience.

Each month you’ll discover a collection of stands selling decorative antiques, country house finds, garden treasures, plants & flowers, talented artisans and independent makers.

Browse the stalls and pause for tea under the vintage canvas tents. A slow morning enjoying the pleasures of simple country living.

We look forward to welcoming you to our launch event on Saturday 1st August, and hope you’ll make the woodyard part of your monthly calendar!

Wonderful ideas grow from beautiful places 🌱

While chatting with Kate Cabbages & Roses about our Summer Fair, we reminisced about that magical feeling of peeking through the white tent to discover all the delights inside. From that moment, the idea for a dreamy floral entrance was born.

Together we created the perfect welcome, with the beautiful Constance Multi fabric in floaty fresh white cotton, layers of cushions, and blousy garden roses arranged in antique lustreware jugs.

A little collaboration, full of beauty and joy
