Roof dormer recently refurbed to its former glory, sanded flakey paint back on its pelmets and removed old rotten weather bar from the door , primed a new one and refitted it, primed all other bare timber and oil undercoated and top coated all woodwork, also repaint the lead flashing..

Made good to walls in wc and repainted all wall and door and frame..

Made good to an en-Suite that had suffered a leak in the ceiling, prepped cracked ceiling line and stain blocked all the water damage on ceiling and walls the n repainted them.

And finally sealed and painted a new plastered bathroom ceiling before all the suite and lights are fitted..
