❤️ MILTON KEYNES COMMUNITY RALLIES AROUND FAMILY AFTER TRAGIC LOSS OF YOUNG MUM

A family is facing unimaginable heartbreak following the tragic death of Caitlin, affectionately known as Caits, who lost her life in a car accident while travelling with her 11-month-old daughter, Hallie, on their way to a family holiday.

Caitlin was a much-loved daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend. Above all, she was a devoted mum.

Her family say being a mum was all Caits ever wanted and Hallie was her absolute world. ❤️

Hallie turns one next month. Her family now want to make sure that as she grows up, she always knows just how deeply her mummy was loved.

A fundraiser has been created in Caitlin’s memory to help towards funeral costs and establish a fund for Hallie’s future, providing some financial security for the little girl Caitlin adored.

Since the tragedy, Caitlin’s family have been overwhelmed by the love shown by friends, colleagues and the wider community. Messages and tributes have made it clear just how many lives Caitlin touched.

This is one of those moments when our community can make a difference.

❤️ Donate if you’re able to.
🔄 Share the fundraiser if you can.
🕊️ And help Caitlin’s family make sure Hallie grows up knowing just how loved her mummy was.

Every donation, no matter the amount, can help. Every share can help the appeal reach another person.

For Caits. For Hallie.

Forever loved. Never forgotten. ❤️

I got this quote from a Jack Canfield book I read a while ago, but this always stick with me. Love reading self improvement books as well as fiction.

What's a book you've read recently that's had an impact on you, or one you've loved to read?

30 minutes a month. That's all it takes to help fix one of the quietest problems in the UK. ⏰

The problem: support for people almost always exists, but they can't FIND it. Community groups and charities are scattered across old pages, dead links and word of mouth.

The fix: aDoddle, a free UK community map. Postcode in, local support out. 🗺️

I've become an aDoddle Advocate, which means I give 30 minutes a month to spreading the word (like this post!).

Two things you can do right now:

📖 Read the whitepaper on why this matters: https://adoddle.org/national-digital-visibility-infrastructure/

📣 Want to be an advocate too? Message me and I'll connect you with Stephanie, who's leading the campaign. Complete the monthly actions between now and December and you could name a charity to receive a £1000 grant.

Let's make sure nobody misses out on help just because they couldn't find it 💚

Happy International Cat Day 🍄

I am lucky enough to share my home with four cats, and I love every one of them deeply.

They each have their own completely unique personality, from the affectionate one (Boo) to the mischievous one (Penguin), the quiet observer (Pepper) and the one who always wants to be involved in everything and thinks he's a dog (Pumpkin)!!

They fill our home with love, laughter, comfort and I would not have it any other way.

How many cats share your home, and what makes their personality special?
