A shout out to my talented friend Marika from Marika du Plessis Art And Ceramics. We have attended many of her workshops over the years and she is the best teacher. Her workshops are perfect for hen dos, birthday parties etc. Treat yourself and your loved ones to some creative therapy… Her whole house is filled with her art work and is an experience in itself, especially the downstairs loo 😅🥰😍Clarabel spent a whole day with her on Tuesday and she helped her with a piece for her art A level project. 🌸🌸🌸 Two weekends ago we got to surprise my florist friend Zuzanna from Modern Wedding Florist Buckinghamshire | Zuzanna for her 40th birthday. Zuzanna thought she was going to her sister in laws house for a family BBQ. Little did she know that her husband Sam Jogi and Natasha Jogi Weare invited more than family and even flew in her mum from Poland for the party. It was such a privilege that I could do the floral set up with the help of Romae (Wedding Florist) for her, to celebrate all that she is on her special birthday. Welcome to the fabulous forties friend…🌸🌸🌸

Some photos and videos of this weekends wedding linford_lakes_clubhouse all the shades of pink, my favourite 💗💗💗 a mix of fresh and artificial flowers, all fresh foliage, mixed with fresh gypsophila 🤍🤍🤍 all these flowers were charged at a hire rate to keep the costs down and none of the flowers were taken home by the bride. I have now dried all the fresh flowers to use them in a next project 🤎🤎🤎

~Dried Flower Art~ I pressed some flowers from Clarabel’s prom a year ago and almost forgot about the flowers, until I needed the books on Thursday, that I pressed them in and decided it’s now or never!! I either use them or they will be binned. Needless to see, I am so happy I brought my vision to life. Dried flowers are truley gorgeous, so delicate with it’s muted tones and beautiful imperfections… It’s been a while since I did something just for myself and it was like therapy… pressesflowerart

~Monterosso al Mare~ Wish I was here somewhere on the Cinque Terre, a stunning UNESCO world heritage site, in the cool, crystal clear waters of the Italian Riviera. It comprises of 5 historic fishing villages. Very touristic, but so worth a visit… Some memories of our family holiday in August 2025. See if you can spot me in the water, with Clarabel and Benjamin 👋 💦🍋🐠 ☀️🌊 💛🍊
