My name is Oliver Piepereit and I’m a trained Architectural Interior Designer with a passion in all aspects of Arts, Crafts & Design. I’ve wanted to Design & Make on a small scale for many years so have diverted my life aspiration into Furniture Design, Making, furniture Restoration and refinishing including painted furniture and upcycled furniture. Life in the Rat Race was tiring, stressful, mono
tonous and took valuable time away from what is important in life to me which is family, friends and health. By going self employed and to train and accomplish something I aspire to do can only be a good thing in the long run. At OP Woodcraft we offer a complete bespoke package in all aspects of furniture. We offer Furniture design & make, French polishing & modern finishing so we have the skill set to help customers design new items and re-design old items of furniture. This can be a bespoke hand painted piece of furniture, a naturally restored piece or a hand crafted bespoke piece. We can source endless styles of furniture locally meaning the client can chose a certain design style, period, colour and finish before the work has even started. This can all be discussed in our pre-commission consultation. Our carbon footprint will be as minimal as possible as we will restore/up-cycle furniture sourced locally, acquire timber from local sawmills/timber merchants and get all paint, fixtures and fittings in and around the Witney area. Once a fully fledged master craftsmen OP Woodcraft’s mission statement is to have our own premises selling our bespoke furniture, up-cycled furniture, painted furniture, restored antiques and to house a coffee shop and on-show workshop.
