Ted Todd’s Furrow Narrow Herringbone combines soft oak tones with the detailed movement of a 90mm x 450mm parquet pattern. Warm colour, subtle grey notes and the individual markings of nature-grade European oak give the floor depth without overwhelming the interior.

Each block is brushed and gently textured, with softened micro-bevelled edges adding definition throughout the design. Its 15mm engineered construction includes a 4mm wear layer and a protective Hardened Oil finish 🪵👌🏼

A recent engineered oak flooring installation, where craftsmanship is in the detail 🪵✏️

Beautifully crafted oak boards, each individually brushed to bring the natural grain into focus, revealing the depth, texture and character within the timber.

The softened micro-bevelled edges add another layer of refinement, creating a subtle definition between each board while enhancing the tactile, handcrafted feel underfoot.

Finished with a warm, natural tone, the flooring sits beautifully alongside the original stone fireplace, traditional cast iron radiator and aged architectural details — a timeless combination of materials that feels both authentic and considered.

Quality craftsmanship. Natural character. Beautifully finished.

✨ A little heritage underfoot… ✨

There’s something timeless about a beautifully designed floor, and this Amtico Décor installation is the perfect example. The intricate geometric pattern adds so much character , while the traditional design feels right at home in a modern setting.

Amtico has been creating beautiful, inspirational floors for over 60 years, sharing a passion for heritage design and craftsmanship through Amtico Décor.

We’re also loving the new Décor designs created in collaboration with the National Trust. Taking inspiration from historic designs and patterns found in National Trust properties, these unique flooring designs bring the grandeur and heritage of the past into modern homes.

And this is exactly what we love about a statement floor — heritage, craftsmanship and contemporary living, all under one roof.

A huge congratulations to Ted on successfully completing and passing his apprenticeship! 🎉👏

We couldn’t be prouder of everything he has achieved. He has worked incredibly hard, shown real determination, and put so much time and effort into learning his trade. Seeing all that hard work pay off makes this achievement even more special.

Well done, Ted — you should be really proud of yourself! 👏🏆

Here’s to the next chapter and many more successes ahead! 🚀

✨ Always lovely to revisit a previous client✨

We recently returned to this home to start a new flooring project, and it was fantastic to see these bathroom floors we installed 2 years ago still looking absolutely stunning! 🤍

It’s so rewarding to see our work standing the test of time — and even better to be trusted to return and transform more of their home. 🏡

The knots and beautifully varied grain of English Oak bring warmth, natural character and a soft, timeless feel to this stunning floor.

Finished in a beautiful mid-tone colour, the natural tones and subtle variations allow the character of the oak to shine through, creating a warm and inviting foundation that works beautifully throughout the home.

We love how the traditional herringbone pattern adds a sense of craftsmanship and elegance, while the natural oak keeps the overall look relaxed, understated and effortlessly timeless.

A floor designed to be lived with, enjoyed and admired for years to come 🪵
