Nairn Wool Shop, sits in Falconers Lane in the beautiful seaside town of Nairn. In view from the King St car park (opposite bus station) we can be found easily if you haven't been before! We have a lovely studio/workshop and large retail space which allows us to offer a large array of specialist wools, yarns and knitting accessories, fabric, threads, sewing accessories and much more!! We continu

e to sell handcrafted items by local crafters and artisans, which offers the opportunity to obtain truly unique pieces from the Highlands. Wool and Yarn
We stock branded names such as Stylecraft, Sirdar, Adriafil, Woolcraft, James C Brett, Rico, West Yorkshire Spinners. We also have handspun and hand-dyed hanks from local spinners and dyers, (which are always unique). Pattern Books and leaflets
We stock a wide range of books and individual leaflets, from baby accessories/garments through to Adult accessories/garments. We also have home accessories, such as cushions, throws, tea cosies and pouffes! A selection of knitting kits are also available ( garments/ accessories/ socks)

Knitting accessories
Knit Pro, Pony, Clover and Hemline are some of our suppliers, which enables us to offer a wide range of good quality knitting and crochet accessories. We also sell an extensive selection of buttons and ribbons and the craft bags and storage boxes to put them in! Fabric and quilting accessories
We have a selection of 100% cotton fabrics including plains, blenders and patterned fabrics and have now added 100% dress fabric to our range, which can be cut to any reasonable size. Guttermann threads are available and other quilting/ sewing supplies. Needlework supplies
We stock DMC threads, including stranded cottons, satin, light effects, variations, etoile and perle 5 and 8. Our range also includes kits, aida fabric, needles and hoops. Felting supplies
we stock felt tops, felting needles, tools and brushes and small felting kits.

Art Weaving Workshop by Marie and Kathy.

All materials supplied, refreshments provided.
Art weaving is a lovely introduction to weaving. Produce a piece of art to frame (included). Beginners welcome, learn your weft and warp techniques and how to use colour to build your weave.
6 spaces per workshop, ยฃ40 per space.
ยฃ20 non refundable deposit, either by cash or bank transfer (bank account info available on request)
