Please can all stallholders take a moment to read the following information.

You will either have received, or will shortly be receiving, a text message, Facebook Messenger message or WhatsApp message containing important information regarding your upcoming event.

This will include:
📍 Directions to the venue
⏰ Your allocated setup times
🚗 Unloading and loading arrangements
⚠️ In some cases, changes to your usual unloading and loading locations.

✅ PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR MESSAGE

We kindly ask that you reply to acknowledge receipt of whichever message you have been sent.

This allows us to tick you off our list and confirm that you have received, read and understood the arrangements for the day.

⏰ PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE YOUR ALLOCATED SETUP TIME!

Setup times are given for a reason and must be adhered to.

As organisers, we need to access the venues ahead of stallholders to ensure everything is correctly prepared, organised and ready for your arrival.

Arriving early can cause unnecessary disruption and delays, so please do not deviate from your allocated times.

We appreciate everyone's cooperation in helping us ensure the events run as smoothly as possible.

What a lovely day we've had at Hykeham Social Club!

We would like to say a massive THANK YOU to all the wonderful stallholders who attended our very first Craft Destash Market today. 💕

A huge thank you also goes to everyone who popped along, browsed the stalls, grabbed a bargain and supported both our stallholders and our chosen charities. 🛍️

Every bit of support means so much, and we're incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make our first event possible.

A massive THANK YOU to all of our wonderful stallholders, both our familiar faces and those joining us for the first time. Your beautiful stalls, hard work and fantastic creations are what make our markets so special. 🥰
