First time baking in forever. After the last couple of days I wasn't up to wanting to do a full cake, but I wanted to make cake after not baking for ages (side eye of potentially starting up Letti Bee Bakes again)! Toffee Apple cake as requested by Cameron Hodge.
So you have a toffee sponge with chopped apples inside, with a caramel buttercream, topped with Toffee Crisp and drizzled caramel on top!
