Prepping and sealing these old walls today ready for starting the papering tomorrow. I personally use a pva mixed with paste and water to seal especially on lathe an plaster walls. This customer has paste the paper rolls. ( all the filler will draw the moisture out the paper to quick ). This will last years once done. Keep an eye out for finished photos ❤️
