🏡 ANOTHER FLOOR PREPARATION PROJECT COMPLETE! 🏡

This customer needed a perfectly level floor ready for their new timber flooring to be installed. Although we don’t fit timber flooring ourselves, we were more than happy to help get the floor prepared and ready for the next stage. 👌

We started by priming over the existing ceramic tiles, giving us the ideal surface to work from. We then screeded throughout using our fibre-reinforced levelling compound, creating a smooth, strong and perfectly level finish.

The result? A perfectly level floor, ready for the timber flooring to be installed. ✅

Whether you’re looking to prepare a floor for LVT, timber, laminate or another flooring finish, getting the correct preparation is essential for the best possible result.

🏡 ANOTHER TRANSFORMATION COMPLETE! ✨

For this home, we wanted to create the perfect foundation without the need for unnecessary disruption.

The existing ceramic tiles were firmly bonded to the floor, so rather than removing them, we primed and screeded directly over the top. This gave us a smooth, level surface ready for the new flooring, while making the transition much easier. 👌

We then fitted LX Harmony Large Parquet throughout, creating a stylish and modern finish that really brings the space to life. 🤩

The LX Harmony range is available in various sizes and colours, making it a fantastic option for all types of properties and interiors.

And it’s not just about looks! With a 0.55mm wear layer, this flooring is:
✅ Hard-wearing and built to last
✅ Warm and comfortable underfoot
✅ Easy to clean and maintain
✅ Perfect for busy family homes
