Making it a family project. We are over the moon to be able to show and sell our creations at Family Gateway at Howdon Community Hub .
For myself taking part in Barefoot beginners and now the Herizon trailblazer has been an eyeopener and empowers me to believe in what I can do and what I do. Something that can be lost when you are being a parent,you have not been in work and when you are dealing with mental health issues .
Having this opportunity brings all of my family together while I'm doing something I love .

This morning was hard.
EBSA (Emotionally Based School Avoidance) mornings often are.
Instead of pushing through, we paused.
Paper. Pens. Scribbles. Shaky lines. Colour everywhere.
No fixing. No forcing.
Just connection.
Just breathing.
And slowly… we both felt calmer. 🤍
Sometimes regulation comes before education.
Sometimes doodling is the work.

I have creative kids and my eldest boy loves Graffiti and Art .
He created this sign for a boys bedroom and will be selling them through The Creative Lift and will have a pop up shop next month Family Gateway at Howdon Community Hub .
Its been designed on a high grade wallpaper and can be made up to 1m50 so it can just be pasted on like wallpaper

The Creative Lift was created as a way to bring together two things close to my heart: community-focused projects and the art I create. It began as an idea to use creativity as a bridge — connecting people, stories, and shared experiences through meaningful visual expression.
At its core, The Creative Lift exists to serve the community by turning personal journeys into art that uplifts, reflects, and supports emotional wellbeing. Through bespoke illustrations created from photos and memories, I aim to help individuals feel seen while also contributing to wider projects that use art to spark conversation, connection, and healing.
This is more than an art practice — it’s a creative platform built to lift stories, strengthen community, and use art as a positive force for mental health and personal expression.

2025 has seen me running an art session Cube Performance Academy cic and Art tea an arts and craft session at Family Gateway at Howdon Community Hub along with being part of the community tree project, decorating Christmas windows, being part of a pop up shop project which has allowed me to illustrate some memories for members of the community . I can't wait for more exciting things in 2026 x

Had such a lovely day at Family Gateway at Howdon Community Hub today for their Christmas pop up . Ellie had a nice time making and selling bracelets and our pop up shop was set up . Kourosh is making graffiti signs and I have my personalized pictures up and ready to take orders.
Kiana had a fun visit to Santa too x
