After Ten years this tiled floor in a Holiday let in Newquay had cracks and grout coming out in places leaving holes for dirt to gather.

The old floor had to be removed. Install New ply over existing chipboard. Then a LVT Vinyl flooring in herringbone style.

The floor feels warmer, easy to clean and looks fantastic..
