We Are Hiring!

We are seeking an enthusiastic Trainee Glass Processor/Glazier/PVC Installer to join our team, with an immediate start.

We are seeking someone that is looking to join our team on a permanent, full time basis, to build a career for their future.

The role will include:
* Surveying & Glazing Single, Double & Triple Glazed Panes
* Replacing faulty window and door hinges, handles and locks
* Cutting, Polishing & Drilling Glass & Mirrors
* Installing Pet Flaps
* Installing uPVC Windows, Doors & Composite Doors

The successful applicant should be able to display:
* Good manners and be able to keep a tidy work place
* The ability to read a measuring tape accurately
* Satisfactory time keeping
* An enthusiasm in working as both an individual and as part of our team
* A keen approach to learning the skills required to succeed in a busy working environment

Working Hours; 8am – 4pm Mon-Thurs & 8am – 3pm Fri

No experience necessary as full training will be provided. A full clean driving license is preferrable but not essential.

With Easter coming quite soon, and theweather improving, all be it slightly, many of you will be getting ready to clean up the greenhouse to get ready for the new growth of plants and flowers.

In our workshop we have a good supply of greenhouse glass, regular standard size, or cut to your specification, and also greenhouse clips, to help you get the greenhouse fixed up following our winter storms.

Now that we are entering into what we hope will be the better weather of Spring, and then Summer, you may be thinking of erecting a new garden shed, or playroom for the young ones.

If so, we have a few second-hand windows, that are in good condition, and misfit double glazed units that may be of use to anyone.

Please note that some have glass, and some do not, but we can source new glass should you take the frame.

We have a few second-hand windows, that are in good condition, and misfit double glazed units that may be of use to anyone.
If interested please call in to our works before Friday 23rd January, as we will be clearing them out to make space for new stock.
Please note that some have glass, and some do not, but we can source new glass should you take the frame.

Please be aware that Frances Street in Newtownards is closed to traffic while roadworks are taking place, so we would advise our customers, and works delivery vehicles, that access to the back of our works can be by Windmill Row or East Street.
