I’ve finally finished turning these little resin flowers into jewellery. I made the flowers a couple of years ago and they’ve been tucked away waiting for the right moment, so it feels lovely to see them become a full set at last.

It’s a one off and I’ve just listed it in the shop. If you’d ever like something similar in a different colour, just message me and we can chat ideas.

My little pink resin teddy went on a little adventure today to meet his much larger pink cousin! We had to go on a bear hunt to find him as he wasn’t in his usual place outside of Harrod’s Beauty in the Metrocentre! We located him inside the shop and I chatted to the lovely staff for a while and we all took photos! They loved my little bear! 🩷🧸More photos and info will be posted tomorrow!

I love sharing what I’m making from my cosy, crafty corner of the world and last week I made these stunning cufflinks, pendant necklaces and earrings and popped them all onto Etsy. ❤️ The level of sparkle is incredible! They were such fun to work with, and I can make them in other colours if you ever want something custom. Derek has asked me to make him a blue pair of cufflinks so that’s on my to do list for this week! 💙

Well… I am up, washed and dressed and somewhat functional!!! 🧍‍♀️✅🎉 🎉

After this morning’s negotiations, stand-offs and several stern talking-to sessions with my own body 🗣️🤝🥊… we have reached a truce.

And as always… the divide between my brain and my body remains the most frustrating thing.🤯⚖️:

🧠 My mind is willing and running at 200mph as usual just like Dash from The Incredibles!

🦥 My body is less cooperative and is more like the loveable Flash from Zootropolis 😴🥱

So here I am… caught between a hyperactive child and arguably the slowest (but adorable) creature in existence…✨

But I’m up and in my craft room so I’m calling this a win compared to yesterday.

Chronic illness has said “absolutely not” this morning, so I’m horizontal, medicated, fed, and watching TV like it’s my Olympic sport but still with my usual positivity!

Today’s plan (from my duvet kingdom) involves:
• a little Etsy admin
• some tinkering on TikTok — keeping up with my June PhD challenge (Projects Half Done, not the academic kind!)
• and a bit of Pinterest pottering!

Because I’m equal parts totally‑organised‑professional and complete ditzy glitter gremlin, if you’re brave enough you’re welcome to follow whichever flavour of chaos you fancy.
