Large Victorian property in Seaton Burn
Pitch pine floorboards sanded, joints filled with Granwax Dark Oak dye applied with 2 coats of Granglaze satin finish oil based polyurethane seal applied to the 2 smaller 5m x 5m as well as the larger 9m x 5m Living room floor areas which looks glossy on picture because the seal is wet

Final coat of seal applied to pitch pine living room floor area down at the old church house in North Shields.
Floor has had 40ft of new timber floor board replacements, with a further 40ft of originals uplifted and shuffled around the floor area to stagger out hatchways from previous trades working under the floors.
Floors sanded with 5 grades of papers, joints filled, then block of new boards dyed in with 2 coats of Granwax Granglaze polyurethane oil based seal, which in my option should be the only choice for a softwood floor with an 8 hr dry time.
