It's Eating Disorder Awareness Week

Emotional eating may not be a full-blown, diagnosed eating disorder but it can be debilitating and affect weight, relationships, self-worth, energy and our mental health. We have been working with people who struggle with this and will be running some further programmes later this year. If you are interested in joining a safe space to explore this or want help with how to tackle your appetite or the 'food noise' when coming off weight loss medication, please email me.
