Lobster study in Pink.
Rare multicoloured Lobsters are being pulled from the seas more reminiscent of the early benthic stages of development. By exaggerating singular colours found on the shell I hope to celebrate the life cycle, conservation and preservation of this incredible species.

Today’s the day! We are off to London to see the
Royal Society of Marine Artists Annual Exhibition opening at The Mall Galleries.

“Chicken Lobsters, Dockside” inspired by the Lobstermen of long ago who would land their “Chickens” and cook them on the dock to be sold there and then to lucky customers.
