In November I am raising money for Bowel Cancer UK

I am doing this by crocheting a star a day.

I’m doing this in memory of my beautiful grandma who died from Bowel Cancer four years ago today, on her 78th Birthday, and in memory of my grandad who died in 2014, also from bowel cancer.

There is a just giving page linked in my bio if you would like to donate, and u will also get selling the stars at my December market, with all proceeds from those stars going to Bowel Cancer UK.

Let’s end bowel cancer together.

For Day 8 of Croctober, I was told to talk about a crochet designer who I really admire. That that for me is definitely Genna Tatu

I actually started watching Genna’s vlogs before I started crocheting, and it was she who inspired me to give amigurumi a try after many failed attempts at learning how to crochet. I started watching her when she was doing market vlogs which seems like a lifetime ago now!

I truly think I owe my crochet business to Genna, because she’s the first crocheter I started watching and it’s there that my obsession started!

So thank you, Genna, for your videos! I think I truly found them at the perfect time
