We are happy to try and source fabrics for you and all our cotton fabrics are available from free samples to by the metre. We also sell Fat Quarter bundles from AGF and Fabric Wonders (packs of 10" squares).

Happy Easter! As with all these blocks this latest is my favourite…at least for now!
I’m tempted to now trial one with blue tones and an inset copper/peach. My aim is that this quilt will be entirely handmade.

It seems I’m not alone in loving these peachy hues 🧡

Pantones colour of the year 2024 is . It’s always tricky to determine whether creators start using the colour of the year or whether they pick up on trends already in motion. Now you know you’ll probably spot it emerging in interior design and clothing more and more.

Loving a bit of hand sewing by the fire as I continue this quilt 🧵🪡

These blocks have grown organically from a mix of peachy mustard and pink shades and the juxtaposition of a bluey green one in the middle. I’m excited now to get on to the next one.

Next block in my just because I fancied it quilt. My only rules are these peachy/mustardy autumnal tones with a bluey one in the middle. Dreamy!

Flannel…not just for pyjamas or backing snuggly quilts…also perfect for tactile gifts like this key ring.
It’s the right time of year to start consider the sewing of gifts so they don’t get too overwhelming and take over! This Kismet flannel is a great buy, I’ve made water bottle covers with matching eye masks (you can do that with half a metre) but this is perfect for teacher presents, a fat quarter will mean you can test prototype then make I’d say three or four easily 🤓
