Does anyone else constantly feel as though everyone else copes so much better than them?
Do you take your struggles and as failures?
Does shame stop you reaching out when you’re feeling low?
Does it make you want to run away?
Is it just that, when your mind recovers from setbacks, your body and nervous system take longer to recover?
I’m still trying to figure out how being neurodivergent affects me. What have you figured out about yourself recently?
