Based on the Isle of Kerrera, Scott has a brilliant knack for seeing a little character in the treasures he finds along the shore. Using shells, driftwood and other seaside finds, he creates the most wonderfully quirky creatures — each one completely unique, full of personality and with a story of its own.

I’ll be at Oban Pride on Saturday with hearts for everyone made by our wee Made In Argyll team (thanks for teaching us Cameron). Hopefully I will also have some new bits of colourful polymer clay loveliness to bring a long too! And if you would like to make your own heart I’ll have plenty paper and it’s super easy.

Our resident crafty seagull has been back on the prowl. Yesterday, the cheeky rascal was caught red-beaked attempting to make off with a rather stylish Harris Tweed dog collar! Thankfully, our eagle-eyed team swooped in just in time before it could complete its latest heist.

The little bandit has become quite the local celebrity, and our talented crafters have taken inspiration from its antics. So, instead of stealing the crafts, it's inspired them! 🎨🪶
