Established in October 1992 .
Never would have imagined 34yrs on we are still upholstering .
We begun our journey in StMargrets , then onto Twickenham. Shepperton . Chertsey . Chessington & now Ockley Village ( Dorking )
It’s been one hell of a ride with highs & lows . And at times I honestly thought it was all over . But we rode the waves to where we are today .
🙏❤️
To everyone who’s been with us along the way . I personally thank you all.
Customers . Friends , family . ❤️❤️❤️

Here’s to continuing the journey ……..👍🏻

August & September upholstery highlights .

It’s almost a year since we moved to Ockley . Time literally flies by.
It’s good to see that local work is now coming into us , which was our aim from the start, it just took a little longer than expected, but we got there in the end.
Having been a business trading in Shepparton and chertsey areas for over 20 years , we quickly realised that although the name Dawes upholstery was recognised, nobody in the local area actually knew we existed. So we spent two months changing everything on our website on our Google presence and all across the social platforms., joining local groups on Facebook was really useful and bit by a bit, piece by piece. We started to climb the rankings on Google and people started to notice us. We knew the work was there just needed to tap into it and get local presence in our new location..
Thank you to everyone that has come to us over the recent months, especially the ones who have given us a Google review which is really positive and useful to any business business.
Hopefully we will continue to push forward whilst enjoying our new home in Ockley.

Big ❤️ Dawes upholstery.
